SRT's On-staff Chaplain - Jeff Wells
I grew up in Northwest Ohio, and graduated
from Fort Wayne
Bible College
with a BA in Pastoral Ministries. I lead Devotions in 2 SRT offices, and I
make Hospital Calls as Chaplain.
SRT recognizes, as I do, that there are
times in our lives that we are challenged, and Spiritual Guidance goes
hand-in-hand with Medical and Professional Guidance. It is all about
People, and taking care of each other with compassion and encouragement. It
is about having the strength to find that courage deep within ourselves.

SRT Prosthetics and Orthotics opened its
first two offices at 4109 W.
Jefferson Blvd. in Ft. Wayne,
Indiana, and at 1115 W. High St. in Bryan, Ohio,
in January of 2002.
In March of 2002, another office at 3708
S. Lafountain in Kokomo, Indiana,
welcomed its first patient. In December of 2006, a new office was established
in Defiance, Ohio, at 1101 Ralston Ave.
Sam Santa-Rita, L.P., C.P., and Kent Turnbow, L.P., C.P., are the founders of SRT, and they
opened the company's doors with very specific goals in mind.
Sam and Kent are committed to maintaining
a facility that takes pride in providing quality patient care. They offer
their patients the kind of respect and availability of a locally-owned
facility. They also created a company that offers employees a personal and
caring relationship with their employer.
As the staff and patient care centers
continue to grow in number, SRT Prosthetics and Orthotics vows to keep the
same locally-owned and operated feel we provide today. SRT is proud of the
expansion we have attained in our endeavors to date, and we look forward to
continued success and superior patient care in the future.

- Shawn Brown
I had been in the field of O & P for 13
years. In 1992 I lost my left leg, and Kent Turnbow
of SRT was my first Practitioner. Out of his care and direction for me, I
made a new career choice and joined the SRT Team.
Now I manage the staff in SRT offices on
the Patient Care side.
I believe as Winston
Churchill stated; "Success is not Final, Failure is not Fatal, it is
the Courage to Continue that Counts."
